Co-founder and managing director, first of Cereal Docks Food and now of Nateeo, she has a degree in economics and business administration, and she has been working in the food ingredients sector for over 27 years.

She gained significant experience in the American multinational Cargill, as Italy sales manager of Cargill Texturizing Solutions, a company active in the field of additives and ingredients for the food industry.

For Cargill Texturizing Solutions, she coordinated a European team for the development of bakery product lines, with project management and key account management.

Previously at the international Roha Group, a leader in the food industry, she held the position of Export Area Manager.

With professionalism, competence, and determination, she led Nateeo to establish itself in European and non-European markets.

Open organization, innovative, responsible organization, attentive to the quality of products and services and to the relations with the stakeholders are the principles that guide her business management.

She has always been attentive to issues of Environmental, Social and Economic Sustainability; three interconnected and inseparable pillars to create a sustainable future for the planet and humanity.

Since 2017, she has been a mentor for Deloitte’s FoodTech Accellerator programme, contributing to the go-to-market of innovative start-ups.

Since 2023, she has been a member of ELMA – European Lecithin Manufacturer – Bruselles.
