Board member in various listed companies (e.g. Cattolica Ass.ni Group).

He has also been chairman of multi-utility (Agsm Verona Group) and member of the representative bodies of the Italian and European sector.

Since 2017 he has specialized in sustainability practices for entities and companies; in the adaptation of the company’s legal system to the sustainability path undertaken (statutes, internal regulations, codes of ethics, labor contracts and activities inherent to the value chain)
