She became interested in sustainability during her university studies by participating in an extra-curricular training module dedicated to environmental sustainability (ENSUEU project – Environmental Sustainability in Europe: A socio-legal perspective), wrote an experimental thesis on Green Contracts in Administrative Law. She then obtained a Master’s degree in Environmental and Territorial Law, which gave her the title of Environmental Lawyer, enrolled in the Register of Environmental Managers as Technical Manager of Waste Management, and with a passion for safety in the workplace, she acquired the role of RSPP.

She began her professional experience at the Environment Office of the Chamber of Commerce of Trieste until she took on the role of HSE Manager at leading companies in the area where she manages, fully coordinates health, safety and environmental aspects using project management tools, dealing with strategic planning in the CSR sphere.

An ISO expert, she firmly believes that teamwork is the key to achieving the goals shared by a common vision and mission.
