Sustainability presupposes a cultural change that involves all dimensions of the company.
In order to pursue and assess commitment to social, environmental and good governance practices, ESG criteria, which stands for environment, social, governance, have been introduced. Orienting innovation to these three dimensions is not straightforward, it requires a motivational objective: it implies a transformative path, which includes competitive models aimed at creating shared values. Therefore, it is not only a question of reducing negative effects on the environment, but of generating, through the enterprise, changes that translate into positive effects for society.
